If one in the capital is asked how s/he perceives “ponds”, one is most likely to picture them in this manner: a breeding place for mosquitoes or a place with stagnant and stinking water or a dumping site for household rubbish. Others may perceive ponds as places to discharge sewage.But this is far from the truth.
